Development - Processing

Development

The Development process begins after the plan and design phase. Our programmers start by writing code in the programming language, techniques, and approaches they have selected. This phase is when tasks are assigned to the development team, and project management tools are chosen. Technicalities are also printed, and raw materials are sought, among other things. The most important purpose of this phase is to make the complete plan as clear as possible to avoid issues in the implementation part, and now it’s time to develop it according to the specifications.

Everything that will be required to implement the project is organized during this phase. Once the implementation phase is ready to begin, the development phase is over. For the parties who will carry out the implementation, everything should be clear. A proper development component may not be required in some projects, particularly smaller ones. The main goal is to make it obvious what needs to be done in the implementation phase, by whom, and when. In terms of points, our development phase looks like this:

  • Seek outside funding for the project phase.
  • Participation in the community
  • Complete the detailed designs.
  • Obtain permissions and approvals
  • The council approves the budget.
